Food "Excursions"

had alot of food excursions for e past few days.
some of shal be named.
(oso, tmr afternoon gng have chIna tea session at ang mo kio w granny n mummy n daddy!
food again!! lalala)


10 Nov (fri)
on fri went to K--Lunch at Marina Sq. dirt cheap shld say.
juz 9bucks for bento n 11-2pm to sing.
food served was not bad. juz tt abit cold.
the aircon was on full blast mode i think.
our hands were shaking, voice were shaking.
cant sing nor eat properly. darn funny lah.
got natuarlly 'dou ying' aka shaky tone in singing. =x
tt day was not quite my day i shld say.
really puzzled how that mic's wire caught my drink's straw
that sent my cup crashing on the table n cut my poor finger.
it bled for quite some time b4 it stop, no matter how much pressure i put on to.
on e bright side we dun hv to pay fot eh damages. hee. lucky us..
after 'beautifyin' my wound w the nice plaster we went to Vivo city to hv tea at Pacific Cafe.
scenery der was gd. breezy n relaxing.
had some drinks, but i dun really lyk mine.
shall try others when i go back again.
lazed ard n tok crap for an hr or 2 and i went to work.
while tt taitai fannie go hm n slack n wait for dinner w her bf.
gd life uhz. poor me go back safari to slog. esp tt kind of weather. super sian.


11 Nov (Sat)
went to rainbow sis place
to get my fren help her salvage her bf's lappy
tt was murdered by her.haa.. apparently..
'operation' of changing the 'organs' from her old lappy were successful.
saved her money to buy new HDD. lucky u gal.
n lucky me got a free treat coz i got my fren to do that operation. lol
had a 'nice' time w the screws. rite gal??

hahaha... fun in a way lah.
n her cute mum gave use Suduko to kill time
while waiting for the com to load the progs n stuff.
fun too. haa.
no of coz back to safari to work after tt.
been very hard working. work almost every single day till 11pm.
kinda bushed.


12 Nov (Sun)
went to that long-wanted-to-go
Bliss restaurant at Pungol Park w fannie.
pics were still with her. waiting to get it.
msn seems to hv some probs.
so if dying to see the nice scenery can pop over to her blog to see them.
nice place, nice drink, nice scenery.
to b frank, food was soso only .
in my opinion it's a nice place to have some drinks w frens n do some catching up.
after our meal we went to town to do some shopping
den to TCC as we were still hungry.
2 big eaters girls. lol..
TCC was much satisfying. wat can i say?
my FAV cafe! it nvr fail me in any way YET. haa...
think fannie got influenced by my choice of cafe already.
she beginning to like it too.

n as for tdy, got dug up by wanyi's phone call.
my morning call for shopping date w her.
lol.. i've been leading WOL (woman of leisure) lifestyle since hols started.
slp at 4am. wake at 2pm den go work at 6pm. messed up bio-clock.

we went town to shop for some 'face paint' yi needed. lol..
i noe wat to get for u bday liao gal. i noe ur desires!! haa...
ok. kinda crappy.
niway b4 our shopping we happily n hungrily looked for a place
to settle our 'royal rumbling' tummies.
our choice was pasta mania coz nth came to our mind b4.
but as we walk thru wisma, we saw Ding Tai Feng.
very 'taitai-ly' we juz asked shall we eat dere?
n plonk.
within 1min we're already sitted n looking at menu.
goshy gosh.
still tot of eating economically.
okie.but blame tt construction tt brought us into wisma when exiting the train station
lol. but oso partially (and i mean partially only huhz)blamed on our desires for gd food.
lyk u all noe... w me ard u can nvr escape from food.
tts where all my cash goes to. u rarely see me go shopping spree do u? heee..
niway some nice stuff we gt.
feast ur eyes....

wanyi's choice of ramen. some mushroom thingy w mince pork i think.. she say not bad.
tis is the one i tried. zha jiang mian. hee. nice.
but meat abit too lil.
overall: the portion of noodles was not as much as Mayim's. thus, tt gave us a GOOD reason to order tis...

10 xiao long bao!! haa.. it darn gd. the soup really safely secure in it. none leaked or broke open when we pick them up from the 'plate'. needa bite it, it will den the soup will kinda ooze out slowly. the soup is heavenly i muz say. clear n sweet. *ar...*

and yea~ i think gng there was a right choice afterall.
for UOB card holders with min spending of 10bucks will get 1 free drink or a desert.
of coz we chose the desert.

this is another RIGHT choice. nice!! we simply love it.
plus that charismatic caucasian next to us n den with conversation at the cashier tt they initiated. lol... *melts*
n btw... wanyi ar~ u beta 反省 fan xing leh.
caucasians hold chopsticks beta den u do leh!! haaa... =p
